Koongo recently released a product and order synchronization frequency upgrade. So far, the product data and order sync between your store and Koongo have run with the frequencies below:
- Product synchronization – every 30 minutes
- Order synchronization – every 15 minutes
From now on, you can speed up your product and order sync. up to a 5-minute frequency.
A 5-minute synchronization frequency
With Koongo, you can now upgrade your data and order synchronization frequencies:
- Product synchronization – every 5 minutes
- Order synchronization – every 5 minutes
Using the highest update frequency, Koongo checks your store every 5 minutes, updates your product data on Koongo and transfers your orders from connected online marketplaces to your store.
Introducing a new pricing model
Due to our frequency feature upgrade, we decided to review our pricing strategy and introduce three different Koongo Service Levels.
- Basic
- Standard
- Premium
Basic Service Level
The Basic Service Level is the former service level offered & matches your Koongo current subscription, as you know it. Therefore, there is no fee increase for Basic Service Level plans.
The Basic Service Level includes:
- Product synchronization – every 30 minutes
- Order synchronization – every 15 minutes
- Limit of 10 active channels
- Support provided via support desk
The Basic Service Level includes all features and tools you need to start selling on online marketplaces. In addition, it contains Koongo support over email & ticketing system with guaranteed replies within 24 hours.
Standard Service Level
The Standard Service Level has several advantages over the Basic Service Level, such as shorter product sync. frequency, unlimited channels or Live chat support. The Standard Service Level includes:
- Product synchronization – every 15 minutes
- Order synchronization – every 15 minutes
- Unlimited active channels
- Support provided via Support desk or Live chat
The Standard Service Level is an upgrade of the Basic Level. It includes all the features and tools from Basic Level, plus faster product synchronization and advanced Koongo support.
You can switch your Koongo Service Level easily in your Koongo account in the My Plan & Pricing section.
Premium Service Level
The Premium Service Level has several advantages over the Standard Level, such as almost real-time sync. frequencies or Video call support. The Premium Service Level includes:
- Product synchronization – every 5 minutes
- Order synchronization – every 5 minutes
- Unlimited active channels
- Support provided via Support desk, Live chat, or Video call
The Premium Service Level has all the features of the Standard Level. Plus, it offers the fastest product and order synchronization frequencies with advanced Koongo support by video call if needed.
If you’d like to use the Premium Service Level, don’t hesitate to get in touch with Koongo support at support@koongo.com. Unfortunately, the Premium Service Level is only suitable for some supported online marketplaces. Therefore, the Kongo representative needs to check your Koongo account and decide if it’s worth activating the Premium Service Level for your project.
