To meet the Zalando Partner Program shipping requirements, shipping and return tracking codes must be inserted for all shipments. We’re happy to announce that Koongo now supports Zalando return tracking code transfer.

Return tracking number for Shopify
In Shopify, you can fill in both shipping and return codes quickly in a couple of steps:
- Go to your Shopify store and select a Zalando order
- Fill in the shipping number to the first Tracking number area
- Fill in the return tracking code in the second Tracking number area.

Return tracking number for other platforms
For other platforms, once a Zalando order is set to ‘Shipped‘ at your store, Koongo checks the order. If any shipping or return tracking codes are missing, Koongo generates an email notification to inform you about it.
You will find a link to the Order Shipments tab at your Koongo within the email notification. There you can insert the return code.
