Requirements to sell with Zalando Connected Retail

• Must own at least one physical store with digital inventory or POS system.
• Register a Connected Retail account and provide store and VAT information.
• Submit a semi-colon delimited CSV feed (UTF-8 or UTF-16) via Zalando’s Fashion Connector Importer.
• Feed must include store ID, EAN (GTIN), price, retail price (RRP), and quantity. Optional fields include SKU, color, size, and location.
• Feed updates should be sent hourly; each update must contain full stock and price information.
• Use double quotes for text fields and follow Zalando’s CSV formatting rules.
• Obtain API credentials to automate offer feed and order sync.
• Fulfill orders directly from your store and provide shipping confirmation with tracking.
• Use approved logistics partners and comply with Zalando packaging and return policies.
• Follow Zalando’s pricing guidelines and platform rules.
• Commission ranges between 5–22% depending on product category.
• Must comply with EU regulations on VAT, consumer rights, returns, and GDPR.
