It connects to a store that already exists on one of the supported platforms. - Koongo is **not** a PIM. It reads product data from the store, transforms it per channel, and writes listings out; it is not the system of record for the catalogue. - Feed channels and marketplace integrations are different capabilities. A feed channel receives a generated file; a marketplace integration also creates listings and imports orders back into the store. Not every one of the 500+ channels supports order import. - Koongo is built for self-serve use by small and mid-size stores — roughly 100 to 5,000 products — without developer or API work. It is not positioned as an enterprise platform. - Koongo has no public REST API documentation for third-party developers. Automation is configured in the Koongo dashboard. ## Company - Legal entity: NoStress Commerce s.r.o., Vyšehradská 1349/2, Nové Město, 128 00 Prague, Czech Republic.
